Whether you choose a location for your event on-premises or offsite at your favorite retreat location, we ask that you consider the following tips and suggestions to maximize the experience:

• Select an on-site or off-site space where your group can enjoy privacy, with minimal or no distractions. We can help you select a venue which least affects the privacy of those “within range” of your rhythm event. Our programming can be modified (toning down the volume) to meet the needs of others, without lessening the event’s impact.
• Though not a necessity, light-weight chairs without armrests are preferable

Departures:
In 2008-2009 we serve Ithaca, Syracuse, Binghamton and Rochester areas. Journeys are available: Mondays & Thursday-Saturday 8am-8 pm; Sundays 12 noon-5pm.

Fees:
$16 per person/per hour for any number of participants (5-60 persons)
Event typically runs 1-2 hours, per session.

Half-day, full day, and consecutive day programming available.

Our service includes:

• phone consultations as needed
• event pre-planning--to custom tailor your program
• set-up and break down of event space
• facilitated event with Lansing Day
• drums and other percussion provided for all

Payment:
For your convenience we accept credit card payment (MasterCard or Visa). We also accept an institutional check. We prefer that payment may be made on the day of your journey or before. By special arrangement payment may be made following your event, within (10) days.

Selecting an Off-site Location:
We can help you select an appropriate off-site location in your area, with or without catering or in-house food services.
