Sound Circles - Drum Circle Events for All Ages
Since its inception in 2006, Sound Circles has successfully delivered fun, dynamic Rhythm Circle events to meet the needs of a variety of populations. These have included: business people, staff and students at universities and schools, teens at risk, elders, and more. In addition, our Rhythm Circle events have found a place in community and family celebrations of all stripes.
The Sound Circles experience led by founder and facilitator Lansing Day is easy to get in step with. The Sound Circles environment is always safe, non-judgmental, and supportive. Just bring along a willingness to try something new. Be challenged, and be surprised.
We specialize in creativity and flexibility. Whether for a birthday party (ages 5-105) or as an “ice-breaker” or meeting break-out, or as a keynote activity, our customized programming is always tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the group. We strive to make a shared, in-the-moment rhythm experience accessible to all. No musical skill or prior drumming experience is needed. Everyone is perfectly rhythmical. In fact, we can say that rhythm is universal and is at the very life-core of our human experience. All we need is an invitation to be who we truly are ~ playful, joyful Rhythmical Beings.
